'One Time Address' Does not Appear on Screen Forcing Users to Pick a Deliver to Location (Doc ID 558578.1)

Symptoms

Upon entering a one time address and hitting apply, it is not saving the details and original checkout screen is returned with an empty field for Deliver To.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Login to the E-Business Suite - select iProcurement.
  2. Add to cart - Proceed to checkout
  3. Click on one time address - enter One Time Address information - hit Apply
  4. At this point - the deliver to location is showing as blank and the user has to Pick a Deliver to Location
