Symptoms
When attempting to run autoconfig on DB Tier it fails with errors. The following scripts fail with the same error.
afdbprf.sh
adcrobj.sh
This occurred after upgrade to R12 RUP4 <patch 6435000>. Autoconfig worked fine before this upgrade.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade to R12 RUP4 patch 6435000
2. Update DB TIer with new ad files via appsutil.zip
3. Run autoconfig on DB tier.
