Symptoms
When clicking on the Shopping List sub-tab, the following error is displayed:
ERROR:
"JBO-27122: SQL error during statement preparation"
The FND LOG shows the following additional details:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into iProcurement
2. Open Shopping Lists sub-tab.
