Goal
1) Why does the Grade Step Progression Life Event get PROCESSED when assigning an Employee to a GSP - Grade/Ladder/Step combination?
2) Should this Life Event be treated like an OAB Life Event?
3) If the Grade/Ladder/Step assignment needs to be corrected due to a mistake, do we need to BACK-OUT & VOID/UNPROCESS the Grade Step Progression Life Event??
