Symptoms

The list of values (LOV) for Mexican States is empty in the Customers Addresses window when entering a Mexican address.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Responsibility: Receivables Manager
    Navigation: Customers > Standard
  2. Enter a customer and click New.
  3. In Customers Addresses window, select Country 'mexico'
  4. Click to open the list of values for State. The list is empty.
