Goal

Client has a multi-legal entity, multi-operating unit architecture. Their main type of project is capital. Projects needs to handle inter-LE (i.e. intercompany) cross charges.

According to Note 552996.1:

You can charge intercompany cross charge transactions only to indirect and contract projects.

You cannot charge intercompany cross charge transactions to capital projects.
