Getting the following error when trying to update some organization items

INV_IOI_DIMENSION_UOM_MISSING
Dimension UOM code not specified for dimension units.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
Run IOI to update item attributes.

Error occurs when trying to update items after upgrading from 11.5.9.
