Symptoms
When attempting to Personalize iRecruitment Page,
the following error occurs:
ERROR
The organization ID <9999> is unrecognized. Your current Organization value is not recognized by the
personalization tool. Your page cannot be personalized at this level value. You may choose another
value and continue.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Go to iRecruitment Recruiter Responsibility.
2) Go to iRecruitment Home.
3) Personalize Page.
4) Error.
