Symptoms

While running AuditTrail Update Tables to complete setup of auditing on the AP_SYSTEM_PARAMETERS table, the program fails with an error:

-->CE_BANK_ACCT_USE_ID
-->PREPAY_TAX_DIFF_CCID
-->RECEIPT_ACCEPTANCE_DAYS
-->TOLERANCE_ID
Fatal error in fdasql, quitting...
Fatal error in fdacv, quitting...
commit

Fatal error in fdaupc, quitting...

You may also see this FATAL ERROR error occurring for other tables, for example PAY_PERSONAL_PAYMENT_RET.
