MWA Telnet Server Logs Filling Up - MWA_PH_INIT_CLIENT_FAIL (Doc ID 577210.1)

Symptoms

Running a single Dispatcher with multiple telnet servers per dispatcher. Shortly after starting Dispatcher the telnet servers the logs fill with errors. They fill up so fast that the device where they reside fills to capacity.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
Start MWA listeners and dispatcher using mwactl.sh.

The errors only start appearing after starting the Dispatcher.

About every 5 seconds the following error is being written to the system.log:
[Mon May 12 19:23:03 EDT 2008] (Thread-56) MWA_PH_INIT_CLIENT_FAIL: Fail to initialize client. Disconnecting it now.
java.net.SocketException: Broken pipe
at java.net.SocketOutputStream.socketWrite0(Native Method)
at java.net.SocketOutputStream.socketWrite(SocketOutputStream.java:92)
at java.net.SocketOutputStream.write(SocketOutputStream.java:115)
