Symptoms
-- Problem Statement:
When trying to attach a file through the HR forms it give the following error:
The Page cannot be displayed
-- Steps To Reproduce:
1. Access HR forms.
2. Click on the attachment icon.
3. A window appears: decision: Has the file been uploaded successfully?
4. Once press yes.
The 'Page cannot be displayed' message appears and the window for uploading the file to be attached doesn't appear.
