Symptoms
When attempting to run report 'Trial Balance - Expanded' the following errors occurs:
ERROR
REP-0069: Internal error
REP-57054: In-process job terminated:Terminated with error:
REP-1416: 'company_name_ndformula': User exit 'FND'.
APP-FND-01618: Column COMPANY_LPROMPT_ND not found
Cause: The column COMPANY_LPROMPT_ND could not be found.
Action: Check your report to make sure this column exists. Contact your support representative.
APP-FND-01238: Cannot set value for field COMPANY.
APP-FND-01618: Column COMPANY_LPROMPT_ND not found
Cause: The column COMPANY_LPROMPT_ND could not be found.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: General Ledger
2. Navigation: Reports -> Request -> Standard -> Single Request
3. Run Trial Balance - Expanded
