Error when Compiling Seeded Extra Assignment Information Descriptive FlexField (Doc ID 603027.1)

Symptoms

On 11.5.10 in Production:
When attempting to compile the seeded DFF of Extra Assignment Information,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
The descriptive flexfield "Extra Assignment Information" of application "Human Resources" uses features which are only supported in Oracle Forms. This flexfield may not function in other environments such as OA Framework or PL/SQL APIs.

The number of warning messages: 7.

The segment "Start Date" of context "PQP_GB_TEACHERS_PENSION_INFO" has a default value that uses
BLOCK.FIELD reference "CTL_GLOBALS.SESSION_DATE".

BLOCK.FIELD references are only supported in Oracle Forms.
The segment "End Date" of context "PQP_GB_TEACHERS_PENSION_INFO" has a default value that uses
BLOCK.FIELD reference "CTL_GLOBALS.END_OF_TIME".

BLOCK.FIELD references are only supported in Oracle Forms.
The segment "Start Date" of context "PQP_GB_TEACHERS_SALARY_INFO" has a default value that uses
BLOCK.FIELD reference "CTL_GLOBALS.SESSION_DATE".

BLOCK.FIELD references are only supported in Oracle Forms.
The segment "End Date" of context "PQP_GB_TEACHERS_SALARY_INFO" has a default value that uses
BLOCK.FIELD reference "CTL_GLOBALS.END_OF_TIME".

BLOCK.FIELD references are only supported in Oracle Forms.



STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Responsibility: Application Developer or System Administration or US Super HRMS Manager
Responsibility
Navigation Path: Flexfield -> Descriptive -> Segments
Query: 'Extra Assignment Information' DFF.
Uncheck Freeze Flexfield Definition
Click on the Compile button
Receive the error
