Symptoms

 

Find a delivery is stuck at the status Staged/Pick Confirmed. It is showing that the complete whole content of this delivery has an exception.  However, it is not possible to resolve these exceptions, because the  exceptions are not visible on the Resolve Exceptions Form.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect to be able to progress the delivery.
