Symptoms
When attempting to use the API hr_assignment_api.update_emp_asg_criteria to update employee assignment criteria, one of the following errors occur:
ORA-20001: System Error: Procedure at Step 40
or
ORA-20001: HR_FLEX_VALUE_MISSING: N, COLUMN, SEGMENT1, N, PROMPT, DUMMY_SEGMENT
