Symptoms
When the Requisition Approval is in Process, if the Preparer gets end-dated then the Requisition Approval Workflow fails.
Steps To Reproduce
1.Requisition is submitted for Approval by the Requester.
2.Requester is end-dated in the employee table(per_all_people_f) during the Approval process
3.When Supervisor Approves the Requisition, Approval process fails with workflow error.

Workflow fails with error when the preparer or any of the approver is termed.
