FAACCPB: Create Accounting - Assets Does Not Transfer Depreciation Journal To GL (Doc ID 726279.1)

Symptoms

After running depreciation and then Create Accounting -Assets in Final Mode with Transfer to GL=Yes and End date in the middle of current period, depreciation events are processed but not transferred to GL.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect Depreciation events to be transferred to GL to have Journal entries created in General Ledger for category = depreciation for this book and period.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Connect to FA responsibility
2. Navigate to Depreciation > Run and submit depreciation for current period
3: Navigate to Other > Request :
Submit Create Accounting -Assets For Category = Depreciation , Transfer to GL=Yes and End date in the middle of the current month
