Status Column On Zx_data_upload_interface (Doc ID 728460.1)

Goal

However, upon doing a simple query on zx_data_upload_interface, we found that the status columns has 3 values, namely -

CREATE
<blank>
NOCHANGE


CREATE and NOCHANGE are self explanatory. However, we were wondering about the status column which has <blank> values. Does it meant that those records did not get uploaded? Please advise.
