Symptoms
On 11.5.10.2
When attempting to reset an I-recruitment external candidate password the following error occurs
ERROR
java.lang.NullPointerException
at oracle.apps.fnd.profiles.ProfileValidation.tokenize(ProfileValidation.java:602)
at oracle.apps.fnd.profiles.ProfileValidation.parse(ProfileValidation.java:455)
at oracle.apps.fnd.profiles.ProfileValidation.init(ProfileValidation.java:400)
at oracle.apps.fnd.profiles.ProfileValidation.<init>(ProfileValidation.java:169)
-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access I-recruitment external candidate page
(https:///OA_HTML/IrcVisitor.jsp)
2. Then click on link: 'Did you forget your password?'
3. Then enter registered e-mail id
4. Click on submit button
