Overcoming Currency Error On Commitment (Doc ID 729507.1)

An error comes up when running PRC: Update Project Summary Amounts which says
'Commitment currency conversion errors were encountered'.

Project i is complaining it has a Project currency of USD. PO is entered is EUR. Both have
different RATE TYPES. Project Functional currency is GBP.
When entering a rate to the Project Currency Type for the Expenditure Item Date of the PO
for USD to EUR (and vice versa). Where is the missing rate held? Is the date correct?
