Error "Action Cannot Be Performed On All Selected Records" While Performing Autocreate Delivery (Doc ID 729820.1)

When attempting to Auto create delivery for any delivery detail in the Shipping Transactions form, the following error occurs.

The action cannot be performed on the selected records.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.  Navigate to the Shipping Transactions form,  and search by the order for which your issue occurs
2.  In the Lines/LPNs tab,  select one or more delivery details
3.  In the Actions box, select 'AutoCreate Delivery',  then click on GO
4.  Above error occurs.

Note:  This error may occur during execution of any other action on the shipping transactions form, or when attempting to ship confirm a delivery.
