Symptoms
When attempting to close periods in the Cost Calendar, the following error occurs.
APP-GMF-86424 You can not close open period
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation : OPM Financial/ Cost Management / Setup / Calendar
2. Query up a Calendar > Actions >> Close Period
