Goal
Why are lines closing when the total ordered amount has not been shipped?
Example:
Order Lines:
Qty Shipped is less than the Qty. But there is no Qty Cancelled. Line status is "Closed."
- Qty: 20 Qty Shipped: 19 Qty Cancelled: 0
Delivery Lines:
Requested Quantity and Shipped Quantity are the same. But Requested Quantity followed the Qty Shipped in the SO line. There is no Backordered Quantity.
