Symptoms

Order Line status is in SUPPLY_ELIGIBLE and associated delivery details are shipped but NOT interfaced to OM or INV.
Interface Trip Stop errors with the following:

ORA-20002: 3133: Activity instance 'SHIP_LINE' is not a notified activity for item 'OEOL/XXXXXX'.
