Symptoms

When attempting to click on  "View Additional Invoice Details" link from HTML Notification while navigating through Non-Payables Manager Responsibility and User do not have  Payables Manager Responsibility attached to it , the following error occurs

"You have insufficient privileges for the current operation. Please contact your System Administrator."
