Symptoms
In Oracle Applications Release 11.5.10.2
The Workflow Notification Mailer does not send the email notification with the Verification Code for the Override Address if the email address has an outside domain other than what the company's domain is.
ex:
The inbound server name – hostname.domain_name
The outbound server name – hostname.domain_name
The outbound server name – hostname.domain_name
The Override Email Address is changed from NONE to testuser@testuser.com.
