Create Accounting Not Picking Up Additions and Retirements from 11i

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Several additions and retirements were added for the current period before upgrading to 12.0.4. No depreciation or GL transfer was run for the current period before upgrade.
After the upgrade, users entered one more addition and then ran depreciation for the current period, then ran Create Accounting - Assets.
The depreciation process ran successfully. Journal Entries were created for assets added before and after the upgrade, and retirement entries were shown as well.
However, Create Accounting only created journal entries for depreciation, and 1 addition entered after upgrade in R12. No 11i additions or retirements were picked up and no GL journals were created for them.
