Symptoms
When checking sessions that run procedure WF_EVENT_OJMSTEXT_QH.DEQUEUE, the following procedure for all the JDBC Thin Client sessions could be found:
BEGIN WF_EVENT_OJMSTEXT_QH.DEQUEUE(:1, :2, :3); END;
There are wait events "Streams AQ: waiting for messages in the queue" listed for these sessions.
