Scope

This note is intended for Receivables Release 12 users. 

The Transactions Workbench is used to create new and update existing invoices, debit memos, credit memos, on-account credits, and commitments within Receivables.  You can also use this workbench to enter, review, or complete transactions, copy invoices, create adjustments, credit transactions, review invoice installments, and update chargebacks.
