Symptoms

Some users are unable to see the upload button in the Excel spreadsheet they have created. They have the correct permissions set in the ADI and GLDI profiles:

GLDI:Journal Wizard Privilege= Entry, Upload, Import
GLDI: Allow journal Upload = yes
ADI:Use function security = No

Steps to reproduce:

Login with either Desktop Integration or Webadi Standard responsibility.
Click on Create Document
Viewer Excel 2000 or Excel 2003 or Excel 2007 .
Reporting Yes
Integrator General Ledger - Journals
Layout Functional Actuals - Single or any other layout
Content None
Document Creation Review-Create Document
Open with Excel
....Enable Macros
....Processing Create Document etc
When the spreadsheet opens, under the Oracle menu, there are only 2 items

-About

Upload option is missing from Oracle Menu
