Symptoms
On 11.5.10 in Production:
When attempting to change the job status from Released to Complete-No Charges,
the following error occurs.
ERROR
APP-WIP-25189: Work In Process does not allow the status changes you tried for those records.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a non-standard job and release it.
2. Issue the components.
3. Now from the Discrete Job form, through the Tools option, try to change the job status to Complete-No
Charges. The system returns the above error message.
