Symptoms
Scenario1:
When attempting to change the Schedule Ship Date (SSD) on some drop ship lines, the following error occurs:
ERROR

ORA-01422:exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows in Package
OE_Purchase_Release_PVT Procedure Process_DropShip_CMS_Requests
Scenario2:
When attempting to cancel a dropship order line,the following error occurs:
ERROR
---------
ORA-1422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows
Steps
---------
The issue can be reproduced at will for a new sales order with following steps below
1. Go to Order Management Responsibility>Orders, Returns
2. Sales Order Form--> Query the issue Order--> Go to line items.
3. Try to update schedule ship date on order line Or cancel the order line, Below error occurs:
“ORA-1422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows"
