CONC_REQUEST_LIMIT
Symptoms
On 11.5.10.2 in Production:
Find that after setting the site level profile "Concurrent:Active Request Limit" to 2 and several users with a value of 99 at the user level.
The users are still limited to 2.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect User level profile to override Site level value.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set the Site profile for "Concurrent:Active Request Limit" to 2.
2. Set the User profile for "Concurrent:Active Request Limit" to 99.
3. Have the user submit more than 2 requests at a time.
