Last updated on MARCH 08, 2017
Applies to:Oracle Application Object Library - Version: 126.96.36.199 to 188.8.131.52
This problem can occur on any platform.
Find that after setting the site level profile "Concurrent:Active Request Limit" to 2 and several users with a value of 99 at the user level.
The users are still limited to 2.
Expect User level profile to override Site level value.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set the Site profile for "Concurrent:Active Request Limit" to 2.
2. Set the User profile for "Concurrent:Active Request Limit" to 99.
3. Have the user submit more than 2 requests at a time.
