Goal

Why does Requisition Created Against Blanket Show Old Rate and Rate Date Rather than Current Rate and Today's Date?

When creating a requisition for an item against a local Blanket Agreement, the requisition takes the exchange rate specified at the time the blanket agreement was created, rather than the current exchange rate. Why does the requisition not take the current exchange rate?
