Symptoms

When attempting to apply <> ,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
begin ad_inst.do_apps_ddl(:a, :b); end;

Schema is "<user>", SQL statement is:
...............


ORACLE Error in aicdad():

ORA-06550: line 1, column 7:
PLS-00201: identifier '<user>' must be declared
ORA-06550: line 1, column 7:
PL/SQL: Statement ignored
ORA-06512: at "SYSTEM.AD_INST", line 146
ORA-06512: at line 1

where <user> may be any apps user , e.g. : PO, AHL , etc

The same error is raised when running adadmin / Re-create grants and synonyms for APPS schema
