Oracle iStore Order Error "The Items Specified is Invalid or Does Not Exist in the Warehouse You Specified" (Doc ID 743928.1)

Cannot place an order from Oracle iStore, receive the following error.  Order Management (OM) allows booking order for the same item, warehouse combination without any error.


Error messages from Order Management
Error in Line: 1.0 :The items specified is invalid or does not exist in the warehouse you specified. Please enter a valid item-warehouse combination.
There is an error in order submission.
(This message corresponds to internal message code: OE_INVALID_ITEM_WHSE )

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Login to iStore
  2. Add item to Cart
  3. Checkout and Submit Order
