Goal

In release 12 the sweeper program GLSWPR - Program - Create Journals is no longer used to clear budget records from gl_bc_packets.
<Note 429105.1> Impact of R12 Design in PO Accounting describes that subledger entries are removed from the GL_BC_PACKETS table when the Transfer Journal Entries to GL program is run.
However this does not remove records from GL_BC_PACKETS that originate from GL, e.g. budget journal entries with JE_SOURCE_NAME = BUDGET JOURNAL.

How can these records be removed from GL_BC_PACKETS?
