Symptoms
Find when updating a ladder and navigating to rate task, the rates do not display.
Note: The rates were updated recently.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect when navigating to the rate task, the rates would display.
-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. US HRMS Manager-> Total Compensation Setup Wizard
2. Grade/Step Progression, select>Find ladder>Update
3. Go to Task 5 Rates
4. Next to Grade>Click Update Default Salary Rate
