Symptoms
On 11.5.10.2 :
When attempting to migrate/Import reports from instance to another instance through Report Designer
the following error occurs.
ERROR
" You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact your system administrator "

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.lang.Null PointerException
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility : "Daily Business Intelligence Designer"
2. Report Designer
3. Functional area -- Supply Chain
4. Order Management daily score card -- Update -- Export
5. Save the file to a local machine
6. Log in to the other instance, use the above navigation and import, receive the above error.
