Interface Trip Stop Completes With Error: No Open Period Found For Date Entered, Prevents Inventory Close (Doc ID 746268.1)

EXECUTABLE:WSHINTERFACE - Interface Trip Stop



Symptoms

When user attempts to run Interface Trip Stop for an order shipped in a period that is now closed, or is a future period, the following error occurs:

Error Code: Account period
Error Explanation: No open period found for date entered

 


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following step:

1. Submit the 'Interface Trip Stop - SRS' request using an Order Management Responsibility,
2. Navigate to : Shipping > Transactions > Interfaces,
3. Choose Single Request - then select 'Interface Trip Stop - SRS',
4. Enter the delivery or stop and execute the request.
5. Review the concurrent request log file and error messages are shown.
