FAXMADDS - Prepare Mass Additions form

Symptoms

Clicking the NEW button in the Prepare Mass Additions form (FAXMADDS) results in a "FUTURE ADD" rather than a new addition. 

OR if including ADD TO ASSET, sets to "FUTURE ADJ"

If selecting a current period date the below error is thrown:

APP-OFA-48678 DATE MUST BE IN A FUTURE ASSET PERIOD
