A Clause In a Previously Approved Contract Template Cannot Be Modifed/Updated

This problem can occur on any platform.
Symptoms
Find that a clause, once added to a contract template and approved, cannot be updated in a subsequent "Update/Create Revision" session.
Expected Behavior:
Expect to be able to update the clause in an "Update/Create Revision" session.
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Add a clause to a contract template
2. Approve the template
3. Query the template and perform Action "Create Revision", the contract is now in Revision status.
4. Query the template again and perform Action "Update" go.
5. Drill down to the clause section and the Update button to the right of the clause is "greyed out", there is no way to update the clause.
