Not Able to Access Fusion Transportation Intelligence (FTI) when Using a HTTPS URL (Doc ID 751901.1)

Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:

Fusion Transportation Intelligence (FTI) is working correctly when it is configured to be accessed via a HTTP connection.

When configured so that access is via HTTPS, the URL will not work and no OTM errors are displayed.

It seems that OTM is constructing the URL as http instead of https for connecting to OBIEE.
