Ship Confirm is not Possible Due to Missing Delivery (Doc ID 752451.1)

A Sales Order has been pick released with the current Line Status being Staged/Pick Confirmed and the Next Step is Ship Confirm/Close Trip Stop.

However when you go to the 'Delivery' tab, there is no delivery assigned and therefore ship confirm cannot be performed.
