Task Summary: Cannot Make Personalized View Available To All Users (Doc ID 754301.1)

Symptoms

Personalization links on Cost ITD, Cost PTD and Cost ITD and PTD views do not work. User can create new views, but needs to be able to create new views that are accessible to the public.

Ensure the following system profile options are set to 'Yes' for the user who is creating the views.

'Personalize Self-Service Defn' 
'FND: Personalization Region Link Enabled' 
'FND:Personalization Seeding Mode' 
 
Navigate to Reporting tab -> Task Summary Page -> Cost subtab 
Click on 'Personalize Query' link. 
Click on 'Seeded User Views'. 
Create a new view as duplicate (Test View) and set it as default and Return to 
the application.
