Timeout/Resend Option to Timeout/Resend Notifications are not as Expected (Doc ID 756021.1)

Goal

Even after Enabling timeout/resend cycles option to use the timeout and resend notification, there are no notifications sent to the workers 2nd level of supervisors.

See the scenario below...
1. You want to use the timeout functionality for the users.
2. Have the approval style as HR Supervisor.
3. Want the timeout for 3 levels of supervisor hierarchy.
4. Changed the Approval_key_level attribute in the workflow.
5. The first level of time out is happening correctly.
6. For enabling the next levels in the hierarchy,  changed  the value of the Approval_key_level attribute to 3.
7. Still the timeout is happening to the first level itself, but not the second level.
8. After the first level the notification ends with the sysadmin.
