Symptoms
While creating a requisition when user completes values in step one and clicks on "Next", receives the error in the approver page.
Error Message
Other users can use system without this error. This particular error is caused using AME.
Steps To Reproduce
1. Log in and access iProcurement.
2) User creates item for cart, adds to cart, views cart and checkout.
3) Complete values in step one and clicks on "Next" to go to the approver page.
