Symptoms

Scenario:

One employee with assignment # 1 is given the non recurring elements (ie. sick) and the payroll is processed. The employee is able to view the sick element's current and YTD balances on the pay check. The employee is then switched to assignment # 2 for a period of time. The employee is then switched back to assignment # 1 and when the payroll is processed, the archive process is not archiving the previously processed non-recurring elements such as sick therefore sick YTD values are not appearing on the pay check.

The workaround is to assign the non-recurring element (ie. sick) to assignment # 1 with a 0 value and then the sick element's current and YTD balances are archived and appear on the pay check.

Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Process a non-recurring earnings element for an employee with assignment # 1.
2. Change to assignment # 2 for an employee.
3. Change the employee back to assignment # 1.
4. Process a payroll and note that the non-recurring earnings element does not get archived thus the YTD balance for the element does not appear on the pay check.
