This problem can occur on any platform.
Symptoms
When attempting to pack the items into container, the following error occurs:
The Maximum Load Weight or Internal Volume is invalid for the container.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User
2. Navigate to Shipping Transaction Form > Query order
3. Can Occur attempting to pack items in container or ship confirm of
delivery already packed
