In Income Tax calculation, Proration is not taken care for employees who joins the company on the last week of the month

Example: An employee joins in the Organization at the end of the month(26-DEC-2008) and his CTC is more than 2 lacs.While running the payroll for this employee net pay is showing as negative value ,As tax deducted in the September month is more than the net salary payable.
